We are located next to Kyoto's famous Higashi Honganji Temple, and between Kyoto Station shopping/restaurant district and The Shijo Commercial district, so very convenient for experiencing Kyoto city life. You can also see Kyoto Tower lighting up the night sky, and take a short walk to the relaxing riverbanks of the Kamo River.

●We do not have a parking lot, so please use public parking located in the vicinity of the hotel.
ATTENTION SMOKERS: Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed within the building or in the room. This includes the balcony. If there is any sign of smoke smell in the home upon your check out, we will assume there was smoking involved in the home or balcony. There will be a fine of 15,000 JPY if violated. This is non negotiable. If you would like to smoke, please find the nearest convenience store which is a 1 min walk from the hotel. You can freely smoke there. No shoes in the home... "Japanese Style". No more than 2 people maximum in the room at any given time and no overnight guests are allowed without host permission. Also no parties and/or loud gatherings allowed at anytime. Please note that after 10pm we do ask that all guests keep noise to a bare minimum. We want to be respectful of our neighbors.
